We care a lot about our products and invest a lot of time in making them, caring for them and packing each piece carefully. Unfortunately we are aware of the fact that your piece can arrive broken or damaged.
If that’s your case please don‘t hesitate to contact us via
e-mail: email@example.com with pictures. We‘ll email you back and work on your replacement piece, if the damage is visible. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, please be honest.
Since everything we make is honest "handmade handwork" we cannot guarantee you will get the exact same design again. Please be aware that colors, shapes and general designs, may differ slightly.
Please also remember it can take some time for us to get your new baby to you.
