Refund Policy

We care deeply about our products and invest a lot of time in creating them, caring for them, and packing each piece with care. Unfortunately, we are aware that your piece may arrive broken or damaged.

If this is the case, please do not hesitate to contact us via
e-mail: info@leciel-vintage.com and include photos. We will email you back and work on a replacement piece for you if the damage is visible. We do not offer returns or refunds for changes of mind; please be honest.

Exceptions

Since everything we make is authentic "handmade work," we cannot guarantee that you will receive the exact same design again. Please be aware that colors, shapes, and general designs may differ slightly.

Please also remember that it may take some time for us to get your new piece to you.

WORKSHOPS

We care about creating a beautiful environment so that everyone has a good experience with us. As the years go by, our workshops are becoming increasingly popular, which means our cancellation policies have changed.

48 hours after booking a Clay Class = full refund

2 weeks before the class = 30% refund

After that & on the day of your class = NO REFUND
